By downloading, installing, or using the Wevia application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
These Terms apply to all users who access or use the App and its services.
Wevia is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you confirm and represent that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly allow access to individuals under 18. If such usage is identified, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access and remove associated data where applicable.
Wevia is a mood diary application designed to help users record daily emotions, thoughts, and personal experiences in a structured digital journal.
The App allows users to:
• Upload and record daily mood diary entries
• Save diary content into a personal journal library
• View and manage historical mood records
• Generate visual charts and insights based on mood and writing frequency data
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.
You agree that you will:
• Only upload content that you own or have the right to use
• Not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Use the App only for lawful personal journaling purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the App
You are solely responsible for all content you create and store in the App.
You retain full ownership of all diary entries, photos, and mood records you upload to Wevia.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing core features such as diary management, history display, and data visualization.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell or distribute user data.
Wevia processes user-generated content only to enable core functionality such as diary storage and visualization of mood trends.
We do not sell personal data. Some information may be stored locally or securely processed to support App functionality. For more details, please refer to App Store privacy disclosures or contact us at WeviaMoodDiary@outlook.com.
You agree not to:
• Upload illegal or unauthorized content
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy of mood analysis, or error-free performance.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wevia and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
